Sand blasting glass beads sandblasting crushed glass for surface cleaning

Glass Beads / Glass Microspheres used as blasting materials are with the characteristics of clearness, hardness and toughness. They are manufactured from soda lime silica glass. We could also supply Glass Beads / Glass Microspheres manufactured from borosilicate glass upon requirement. Glass Beads / Glass Microspheres used as blasting materials offers the flexibility to remove many different types of surface imperfections, including burrs, rust, scales, paint removal and so on.

High Alumina Calcined bauxite 75 80 85 86 87 88 90 in refractory

Calcined Bauxite is produced by sintering high-alumina bauxite in rotary, round or shaft kilns at high temperatures of 1600℃-1800℃. This process of calcining (heating) bauxite in kilns removes moisture and gives Calcined Bauxite its high alumina content and refractoriness, low iron, and grain hardness and toughness. Its thermal stability, high mechanical strength and resistance to molten slags make Calcined Bauxite an ideal raw material in the production of shaped and unshaped refractories for the steel industry, foundries, glass and cement plants.

China Spherical Ceramic Foundry Sand for Casting Foundry

Fused ceramic sand, also called as ceramic Foundry Sand, is kind of man-made spherical shape ceramic particles featured by high refractoriness, low thermal expansion made by spraying melted from the fused bauxite. It provides a simple and efficient way in the foundry industry to improving the quality of the castings, reducing the production cost and avoiding environmental pollution so it is much better than silica sand.

A grade 95% Ai2O3 brown aluminium oxide grit

Brown fused aluminum oxide, otherwise known as Brown Fused Alumina or BFA, is produced through an electric arc furnace process. Brown fused aluminum oxide is both a hard (Mohs hardness 9) and tough material with high strength, making it an excellent abrasive grain raw material for applications such as blast media, sandpaper, grinding wheels and abrasive discs, rolls, belts and pads. Its thermal properties make it an excellent raw material for refractory applications, as well.
